We offer exchanges on all purchases made through our website. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or experience a sizing issue, please contact us to initiate an exchange.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of product delivery.

Items must be unused, in mint condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Product testing or fitting is permitted.

To prevent damage—particularly to corset bones—please carefully follow the user manuals and instructional videos provided. Damage caused by improper use is not eligible for exchange.

Instructional videos are available on our YouTube and Instagram pages, as well as via the links included in your order confirmation email.

All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. However, if an incorrect item was shipped, Curvify will cover the exchange shipping costs.

Returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping service. Curvify is not responsible for items lost in transit.

After the initial 72-hour window, exchange requests will no longer be accepted. We strongly encourage customers to try their items within the first two days of delivery to ensure proper fit and satisfaction.

Please note that our products are intimate apparel and should be worn gently during the first use to avoid staining, warping, or damage.
