Exchanges can be made on all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us or if you have a problem with sizing. Feel free to contact us to initiate an exchange.
- You are eligible for an exchange if this is done within the first 72hours after the product is delivered.
- The product must be unused and in mint condition with all original tags and packaging (product testing or trial is allowed). Be sure to refer to our user manuals and videos to avoid pressure damage to the corset bones. This happens from wrong use.
- Please refer to product user videos on YouTube or Instagram or the links in the order confirmation emails you received after this order was placed.
- All shipping costs relating to the product exchange will be paid by the customer. However, if it is established that there was a mix-up in the product shipped, Curvify will bear the cost of the exchange.
- Returned products must be shipped via a trackable service. We will not cover the cost of products lost in transit.
After the initial 72hour period you will no longer be eligible for an exchange. We encourage all customers to try the product in the first two days after their purchase is received to ensure it fits their needs.
Exchanges initiated after 72hours but within the first 1week of purchase may be considered but all other conditions must be met and a sterilization fee of 3000 ($10) may apply.
There will be a N3000 sterilization fee charged for all exchanges approved after the first 72hr window.
Our products are intimate apparel and are to be used gently on the first try to avoid stains and warping.
At this time, we do not offer refunds on purchases.
